At West Loop Curves, we are dedicated to helping you stay motivated and reach your fitness goals. We will do everything we can to help you, and you must do your part too! We would love to have your permission for our staff to track your progress! |
MEMBER AGREES TO THE FOLLOWING:
• Work out hard at 60-80% of your target heart rate 3 to 4 times per week
• Get free nutritional counseling (if weight loss is a goal)
• Eat small portions and make healthy choices (if weight loss is a goal)
• Drink 8 to 10 glasses of water daily
• Weigh and measure every 30 days and NOT skip any months ever
• Be receptive to the staff's recommendations about your workout and diet
• Communicate with us if you are not satisfied with anything, so we can fix it!
• Communicate with us if you are ready to go to the next level of Bootcamp workout
• Communicate with us if you need extra motivation and are in a fitness slump!
STAFF AGREES TO THE FOLLOWING:
• Call member after 3 weeks of non-workouts
• Provide encouragement, suggestions, and recommendations
• Provide an uplifting and fun environment
• Provide nutritional suggestions
• Remind member to get weighed and measured to track their progress
• Provide support during workout to maintain proper form on equipment
